Our pure raw honey with a distinct burst of ginger, will invigorate and tantalise the senses.
We cold infuse all our honey over weeks, so it is not heated in the infusing process. This allows the honey to retain all its natural good properties.
Delicious when spread on a thinly sliced piece of pear and topped with a slice of matured cheese or served over pancakes with cream.
